Group policy for reservations of 4 or more rooms the standard cancellation policy will not apply and the full and not refundable prepayment will be required 30 days prior arrival date. Standard cancellation policy credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. In case of late cancellation no show or early departure a 2 nights penalty will be applied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation /for reservations of more than 1 night/. Please note that as of 1st january 2011 a city tax will be introduced in the city of rome. This will be a fixed stay contribution for all the client staying in the city of rome. Kindly take note that this contribution will be applied also to other tourist services /buses/ sightseeing/ boat tours on the tiber and seaside facilities/. The contribution for 4 stars hotels is 3. 00 eur per person/ per day up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights this property was built in 1700 renovated in 2000
