Stand with your feet hip-width apart and reach your arms straight up overhead. Keep your spine long and tall and push your hips forward as you extend your arms behind your head (but don’t arch your back). Do this 12 to 15 times in a slow, rhythmic movement, then rest for 30 seconds and repeat. Do three to four sets.
