Seemingly in just a Flash, Robbie Amell and Italia Ricci have tied the knot — in a stunning Los Angeles wedding, no less! The Flash actor and Designated Survivor actress are officially wed and we couldn’t be more excited for this too-cute couple!
In front of wedding guests that included Victor Garber, Carlos and Alexa PenaVega, and former Laguna Beach star Talan Torriero, Amell and Ricci said “I do” in a romantic ceremony on Saturday October 15, according to Entertainment Tonight. And although the wedding may come at a surprise for some, the nupitals were a longtime coming for these newlyweds. Amell and Ricci have been dating since 2008 and then became engaged in August of 2014 after six years together. “She said yes!!!… I think. I can’t really be sure,” Amell adorably captioned an Instagram snapshot of the moment he popped the question. “I’m going to marry my best friend.” And now, after eight years together, these two BFFs have many more anniversaries ahead of them!
Seven weeks ago, the couple reportedly celebrated their wedding shower with boxes on boxes of cheesy, delicious pizza. But their recent wedding day seemed far more glitzy and glam — although they still didn’t skimp on the comfort food! “[It’ll be] classic and elegant — I mean, I hope,” Ricci previously shared with Entertainment Tonight ahead of the wedding. “As classy and elegant as you can get when there are burgers or pizza [being served] — or maybe both.”

On the big day, Ricci looked the part of a classic ballroom bride, donning a Rosa Clara ball gown for the occasion. Carrying a bouquet of lush white blooms, Ricci walked down the aisle to her groom — who was looking dapper in a Vera Wang tuxedo, we might add! — and married her longtime love. “About damn time,” the actress captioned an Instagram photo of the big day. “Thank you guys for all of the congrats and warm wishes! I dig being an Amell.” And we have to agree, being an Amell definitely looks like it agrees with her!
