You and nearly every other woman with an engagement ring on her finger. In fact, research shows that an overwhelming 91 percent of brides-to-be are anxious about their weight. Day 10: Have a Workout Plan B
Between fittings, fielding RSVPs and all the other wedding insanity you’re dealing with on top of all your everyday life stuff, your schedule is bound to be jammed and highly unpredictable right now.
“With so much going on, regular workouts are often one of the first things people ditch,” says Beverly Hills celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. “Something pops up unexpectedly and suddenly it’s sayonara spinning class.”
A good way to prevent that from happening — and keep your workouts on track — is to have a backup plan.

Keep a bag of workout clothes in your car or office, so if you can’t make it to the gym in the morning, you can fit it in at lunch, or on your way home. Or pick up a pair of dumbbells and keep them in your living room, so if all else fails, you can do strength moves while you watch TV at night. Pepper some jumping jacks or mountain climbers in between your toning exercises and you can get a totally legit strength-and-cardio workout while you watch American Idol.
