Peel-Off Lip Stain
All the rage on social media, these stains advertise a 10-hour wear that won’t smudge onto your new hubby’s shirt or rub off on your champagne glass. A number of brands are advertising the product, but one stands out: Cocoon Lip Stain by Cailyn. In four eye-catching shades, the premise is simple. Apply the thick stain with a brush and let it set for 10 minutes, then gently peel it off, leaving behind rich color that’s going nowhere. Eyebrow Tinting
If you’re blessed with brows, just not with brow color (or don’t love the pencils and powders), consider tinting, instead. Micro-Bladed Brows
The most permanent of our semi-permanent makeup favorites, having your brows micro-bladed is essentially a series of tiny, incredibly precise tattoos on your brow that mimic the look of natural hairs, creating the appearance of fullness and darker color. Technically considered permanent makeup, micro-blading is a fantastic way to fill in sparse spots and pretty much eliminates the need to fill in your eyebrows for up to a year (or longer with regular touch-ups). It’s not completely pain-free — what tattoo is? — but beauty is pain, right? Before you head to the salon, do your research.
